Visual C# Programmer's Guide - problems in River City
I just spent $64 on the Visual C# Programmer's Guide and sat down to start working the examples. I copied the contents of the CD onto my computer only to find most chapters have no content.
On page 3 of the Introduction, it says the code is downloadable from http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/cspub/, but the /cspub/ part is bad - gives a 404.
On page 45, it says, "You can find the necessary VS.NET project file for this example in the downloadable code."
This leads to two questions:
1) Where is the downloadable code?
2) Why wasn't this file (and I presume many others that I haven't needed yet) included on the disk?
