Wanting to learn C# but dont know where to start.

Question

Hi Im a student that just finished High School ill studying programming languages such as C# ASP.NET and SQL in a course ill be taking till the next few months. Anyway my problem as you read from the topic is where do I start to learning C#. I know nothing about it. And would love to make a start before I start the course. If you have anything you could share to help me start off as a newbie to C# that would be very helpful. Thank you

Visual C# .NET by Joyce Farrell I used this book as Beginners Guide. In fact I didn’t know anything about C# this book helped me to develop C# knowledge from the beginning.

Thanks guys why not study from books? I would like to learn Java but not till i learn C#.

I was just like you before 2 years not background in C# but now click here But before learning C# you should have a good Back ground of Oriented Object programming concept because C# is like Java it is 100% OOP language and not like C++

Ok I advise you dont use any articles or books to begin Just do as me open the MSDN and select the How do I C# section you should focus on the C# language and espcially the Framework.net setions before any think else try to read carefully the tutorials and try to practice the walkthroug within the Framework section within it until you get them.
