web config time out expiration

Question

Hello everyone would like to ask about how to set-up the web config properly in a published site in IIS..  I put an error page in every time there is a problem it will redirect automatically on it..but the main problem is it always go there..I think there is  wrong configuration in my web config..please help me..please look on the attachment..thanks
