What is solution for ASP.NET Configuration in Visual Studio?

Question

I mean I want to use Authenticating Users with Forms Authentication

in visual studio versions 2012 and 2013 because visual studio 2010 has this option but in latest versions I didn't see this option. please suggest a solution for using the ASP.NET CONFIGURATION options in latest versions of Visual studios.

you could actually do this in two ways. 1. you can get web.config and do your settings there or 2 if you host your application in IIS  please configure your settings. If you find my post as useful then accept my reply as answer. :)
