Sorry guys for not looking at this thread before. I just missed it. I also visited my village and listened their problems. So many of them. Anyway, thank you all of you for thinking me like that, but please don't put me in this situation. I am bad at taking compliments. That said, when I met Bill Gates first time, one thing he said (probably not exact words but something like this", "I got lucky. I got good people around me. This is what makes you successful." And I know, when I was watching the Apprentice , first season, Donald Trump said the same thing when asked, how did he recover from bankruptcy and other problems. Also, as my signature says, I believe in Karma and that is, do your karma but not expect anything in return . That's what makes you happy when you do not expect anything from anybody. You never get upset. So guys, it's all about you and other guys around me.

Mahesh is very sincere about developing a community and helping that community. Mahesh wants us to promote this web site as much as possible and to refer all inquiries to the articles and other resources in the web site. Mahesh is very accepting of articles for this web site, even the ones that are relatively simple to write. Many people probably think that Mahesh enjoys building an empire and wants to make it as big as possible so he can brag about having a big empire. The thing that many, and probably most, people don't realize is that Mahesh is doing it all to help the community. We all don't agree with everything that Mahesh does but I hope we can appreciate Mahesh's vision of what he wants to happen. Mahesh wants to give as much opportunity to as many people as possible. We need to explain the intent to others and encourage everyone to help Mahesh to fulfill his fantasies.

The First time I called him Sir, he said "Suthish dont' call me, Sir ... call me by my name, am not anybodys Sir, we all here are friends and a smiley ( :) ) and said Cheers !". I liked that so much, i stopped calling him Sir. Also, now am using his Cheers every where :). Secondly, he never said "No" to any of my stupid ideas :).
