Where can i find good ICONS for windws apps?

hi friends im not sure this is the correct place to post this however I have always struggled to find a good set of icons to my apps I was wondering does any one here knows a place where I can download good icons packs? thanks

You can download Metro Studio from http://www.syncfusion.com/downloads/metrostudio which is a really good software where you can find as many icon as you want and also there is options to edit them. Also you can visit websites like http://www.iconarchive.com/ and http://www.iconfinder.com/
