which job to choose ?

Hi i am having 2 yrs of exp in .NET recently i got offer from the MNC company which they offered salary less than i expected Also i got offer from middle level company which they offered me the expected salary. Which job i have to choose ? weather to choose based on the company or salary ?

Hello Mr. Raja sir I think that you should first see that what profile they provide you and choose the company according that. Money is important but self satisfaction is more important than other thing. Thanks

Money is nice but not the holy grail. It's far more important to enjoy your work and work environment than a bit of an extra salary. Also in some companies you get exposed to totally different fields that are barely related to IT; it can make the job far more interesting. I have been working in the broadcasting industry for years and still enjoy that; communication protocols databases file conversions etc etc; basically daily new challenges.
