Why Microsoft separate the compilation of code in two part means...first code in compile in MSIL with the help of languages complier which u using and then again compile msil code by JIT to native why this both task not combined together??

The idea of .NET is to produce intermediate code which is platform independent and can therefore be run on any operating system and CPU architecture for which there is a version of the CLR and base class library available. The JIT compiler takes care of converting the intermediate language (on the fly) into native code for the underlying platform. Managing code in this way also brings other benefits such as memory management security reflection and exception handling all of which work in the same way no matter what programming language is used to write the application in the first place. This also means that an executable written in one language can use dlls written in other languages without the programmer even being aware that this is the case.
