Will .Net version affects my application?

Question

I have a doubt regarding .net version. Currently i am developing an application which support .net 4.6. Whereas if i install the application where lot of .net versions installed like .net 3.5 44.6 etc the values are slightly different if i install the application where pc have only .net 4.6.. Is that bec of .net version?

Hey whenever you install the latest version it is compatible with the lower version also. It will affect your application features only when you are installing the lower version on the client machine. Just be sure that client should use atleast that version that you use to make application. Although higher version have not that issue.
