WinBook TW801 Tablet on sale for $100 (USA only?)

The WinBook TW801 Tablet - Black is on sale at Micro Electronics for $100, $60 off of its normal price. It is a 8" tablet with Windows 8.1, Intel 1.33GHz Quad-Core CPU 2GB RAM and 32GB eMMC Storage. As best as I can tell, this is only available within the United States of America; they apparently do not ship elsewhere.
