Would it be good idea to have a section where readers can submit topics on which they want to see the Articles ?

Hi , 


Would it be a good idea , to have a separate section called "Article Request "

In this section , Readers or members can submit their request  for article . 

For example , If you want an article on  Azure from Mahesh sir ; I would submit my request as


Topic :  Caching in Windows Azure 

Authors : Mahesh Chand, Mike Gold or any other Author 

Priority :  Urgent
