XSD.exe ---- Can it gereate .cs file from .xsd file

Question

Hi I am trying to generate a class file from a xsd file using the tool XSD.exe Can XSD do that ? I am not sure . In MSDN documentation it says it can (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/cptools/html/cpconxmlschemadefinitiontoolxsdexe.asp) But i cant do that. Pls help me. IF there is any other tools or better way to do that pls inform me Thanks

I came up with a solution. It can generate using .dll file . But may be not using CS file. the command is simple XSD xyz.dll generate an xsd file from the dll If it can do it from cs file pls inform Thanks
