    • I have seen so many contents published as article but, their content quality shows that these should not be treated as article. I don't who reviews the content. I can give you one example in the below link: http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/UploadFile/sam_manila/publisher-and-subscriber-in-C-Sharp/ This article's header has been mentioned "Publisher and Subscriber in C#". But, it is only event-driven approach. Its not a "Publisher and Subscriber" means "Observer Design Pattern". It will mislead the new learner. These types of content will down the quality of Website. Articles must be review strictly atleast.
