The Reputation point must be the combination of both quantity and quality. There are must be introduced some additional points such as: 1. Page View Milestone: Suppose an article visied more than 10K then it must be got some additional point. 2. LIke: If an article liked then it got some point. 3. Download Milestone: Suppose zip code downlaoded more than 100 than it must be achive some point. 4. Bookmark: suppose an artilce bookmarked some others. These things could be motivated to write better articles.
