Notification count

At the moment if you hover over the notifications buttons (all three of them; for members). They show something like this, "You have 0 new messages" or others like "You have 0 new article comments". We can change the "0" to "no" and have it make more sense as, "You have no new messages". Also, another suggestion would be to change the word "new" to "unread", as "You have no unread messages", "You have no unread article comments". Even with some text, they would be like, "You have 5 unread article comments" and so on. This would be much better in many ways.
