No one is best. but my opinion a good supervisor should be humble, helping and a good teacher, Less ego more familiar. In short a good supervisor should not say "Yes you can do this" but "Yes we can do this".I am also a team leader but i don' t treat my team as seniors or juniors but team where role and status of each and every person is EQUAL.
