Microsoft has agreed to acquire Cloudyn, a cloud innovation company that helps enterprises and service providers optimize their investments in cloud service. Cloudyn provides enterprise customers tools to identify, measure and analyze consumption, enable accountability and forecast future cloud spending.
According the announcement via a blog post by Jeremy Winter, Director of Program Management, Azure Security and Operations Management:
