The headset seems quite identical to the version which had been created for the now recalled Galaxy Note 7. It still comes with a 101 – degree field of view, and it is also compatible with both MicroUSB Samsung devices, which includes Galaxy S7, S7 edge, Note5, S6 Edge+, S6 and S6 Edge as well as USB – C.

Oculus states that it features a touchpad for in-app gestures and a trigger which allows you to “select, grab, take aim, and fire.”

The company states,

“We’ve got an amazing lineup of controller-compatible content coming, with more than 70 new controller titles already in development. All of your existing touchpad apps will be compatible as well, which means plenty of existing Gear VR apps will be ready from day one.”

Samsung has yet not announced its releasing date and its price. For more info, check the
official site.
