At CES 2017, Samsung announced Samsung Chromebook Plus and Chromebook Pro. It is the latest generation of its Chromebooks which, according to the company, pairs the power and productivity of a laptop with the flexibility and versatility of a tablet. The design of the next generation Chromebook has been partnered by Samsung and Google. The Samsung Chromebook Plus and Chromebook Pro have been designed for Google Play, hence allowing you to use all the apps which you love and enjoy, along with books, music, and movies. The all new Samsung Chromebooks offer a 360-degree rotating touchscreen, quad HD screen, built – in digitized pen, and a new lightweight metal design.

The all new Chromebooks are equipped with 4GB RAM and 32GB storage, and Samsung claims that these come with enhanced and extended battery life, which would last for 8 hours after being fully charged. Samsung Chromebook Plus will support an ARM processor, starting at $449, and will be available at major retailers in February. The Chromebook Pro has been powered by Intel Core™ m3 processor, and it will be available in the spring. Chromebook Plus and Chromebook Pro will come with Google Play Store (Beta) pre-installed.
