Lou Troilo to the C# Corner community. Lou will be our featured columnist for Coaching/Leadership/Employee Development. There are many members within our community who manage teams and this provides a tremendous opportunity for those in leadership positions. We are also planning for Lou to provide these services on behalf of C# Corner through webcasts, online and face-to-face engagements. More to come on this.

Increase operational efficiencies through partnering with key global resources/departments and designing/executing sensible, cost-effective enablement solutions. Results-oriented, consultative approach with an ability to build relationships across global business units and levels of management to achieve long-term success in highly decentralized environments.
On a personal note, Lou is very happily married to his wife Colleen of 22 years. He is blessed with three great kids LJ (18), Maya (17) and Nicky (14). He enjoys golf, tennis, hiking and spending time with his family. He has also traveled multiple times to Hyderabad coaching development leaders and helping them maximize team performance. He especially enjoyed the cricket matches and playing hours of table tennis with these friends.
