What is new in HTML 5


I am sure you have heard about HTML 5. It was a big buzz at PDC 2010. I have started looking into HTML 5 and am writing a book on HTML 5 for C# Corner members. Here is my first introductory article.

HTML 5 is the latest version of HTML that introduces several new features to keep with the Web 2.0 standards such as audio and video capabilities. HTML is developed by a group of experts from companies including Microsoft, Apple, IBM, AOL, Opera and hundreds of other companies and individuals.

In this chapter, we will discuss new features as well as supported tags in HTML5 and how to use them.
