How to Create a Microsoft Flow between OneDrive to Google Drive

Prerequisites

  • Microsoft Account – Corporate ID.
  • A Microsoft OneDrive account.
  • A Google account.

Follow the below steps to build a Flow using a template.

Step 1

Login to www.flow.microsoft.com

 

Here the dashboard,

 

Step 2

i. Choose the Templates from the menu bar



ii. Search OneDrive in the Search bar and choose OneDrive Files to Google Drive Files Templates. Now, Click on the Use this template

 

Step 3

Configure the data by signing into OneDrive and Google Drive

i. Sign into OneDrive

ii. We give permission to access our accounts

 

Step 5

i. Next, We sign in the Google Drive

 

ii. We give permission to access our accounts


Now, both drives are configured

 

Step 6

Next, we choose the unique folder name for connecting the drives. Before choosing the folder, we must create it in OneDrive and Google Drive.

 

i. Choose OneDrive Folder

 

ii. Next, Choose Google Drive Folder

 

  iii. Now, Click on Create Flow

 

iV. The Flow is created

Now we add the image in OneDrive

 

 After 15 minutes, the same file is copied into the Specific Folder in Google Drive also.
