Microsoft Flow is a cloud-based service. It allows us to react to an event in one service and do something with the data from that event into another service. The users can build workflows that automatically does some business tasks and processes across applications and services.

Prerequisites
- Microsoft Account – Corporate ID.
- Cognito Account.
- Mail Account
Follow the below steps to build a Flow using a template.
Step 1
Sign in to Cognito Forms account.

Create a form
Build the Form with Controls.
Using the Cognito Tool Box we can design our Forms
Design the Forms
After Designing, we click on the publish menu. There, we copy the URL link and paste it in another tab to publish the form
Step 2
Log in to www.flow.microsoft.com. Then Choose the Templates menu from the menu bar. And Search "Cognito Forms" in the search bar and choose “Get a push notification when a cognito Forms entry is Submitted" template.
Now, click on the "Use this template" button.
Step 3
Sign into Cognito Forms and give it permission to access your accounts.

Sign into Notification and give it permission to access your accounts.
Step 5
After all of these get configured, click on the "Continue" button.
Step 6
Next, let us configure the flow.
Now, choose the form name and add the Form
Now, we choose the Text, Link and Link Label for notification
The final Flow should be like this. Click on "Save Flow" ant the Flow is created.
Output
Fill out the Form.
Form Recorded.
Notification sent to Gmail.
Open the Mail and click the link. It navigates to the Cognito Entries
