- Notes for clarification
Let's hop in with “Pricing and Availability” now. So, click on “Pricing and availability”.
Pricing and Availability
This tier will help you define your app either it is a free of cost one or it's going to be a paid one as such. It also deals with the free trial and full version of the app.
Sale Pricing
This helps us to set limited time price reductions for your app. This sale will only be visible to customers on Windows 10 devices.
The default setting is "Make this app available in the Store." This means that your app will be listed in the Store for customers to find via the app's direct link and/or by other methods, including searching, browsing, and inclusion in curated lists.
Step 5
Under Base Price, select “Free” if you wish to give the app at free of cost.
At free trial, select no free trial. If not, you can select the period for free trial.
Markets and Custom Prices
It allows you to select the markets and custom prices of the country in which this app will be available for download. Prices will be converted for each market into corresponding price tiers.
Distribution and visibility
The "Distribution and visibility" section allows you to set restrictions on how your app can be discovered and acquired.
This will let you hide the app for people whom you mention over here. By default, you can make the app available for everyone.
Organizational licensing
By default, your app may be offered to organizations to purchase in volume. You can indicate whether and how your app can be offered in this section.
Publish Date
You can indicate when your app (or update) will be published by choosing an option in the Publish date section. You can also mention a particular date when the app can be published or even to publish it manually.
Click on “Save” now.
