Replication Log Reader Agent monitors the transaction log of each database configured by transactional replication and copies those transactions marked for replication from the log into distribution database.
Syntax:

Publisher server_name[\instance_name]
PublisherDB publisher_database
Publisher server_name:
Is the name of the Publisher. Specify server_name for the default instance of Microsoft SQL Server on that server.
PublisherDB publisher_database:
Is the name of the Publisher database.
