Is Google+ next Facebook?
The Future of
Google+ is still unsure but I have seen many pundits are comparing Google+
with Facebook already. I am sure Facebook guys thinking their next move and
probably scared with the threat with keeping in kind, Facebook plans a $100
Billion IPO. I am still not sure if Facebook has 750 Million monthly active
users.
One trend I have notice recently is people like me, who do
not like Facebook, area already trying Google+. Let me rephrase it. I am being force to look at Google+ by my unwanted Gmail invitations.
It may be pure curiosity but that
may just be enough for Google+ to get some ground over Facebook and capture
some Facebook-unhappy users like myself.
If Google+ want me to stick with it, I need to see some value in it. I just want a website where people are posting crap back and forth, and waste my time. For example, I go to LinkedIn to get something out of it. I used to think, Twitter is a crap but now I am finding it useful in learning something about people I follow.
What is value in Facebook? Just hang out? Read my aunt's dog is peeing yellow? Grow some fake grass and garden?
Time will tell but some analysts are already predicting
Google+ being next Facebook.
