My first Microsoft MVP Award

Hello Folks,

How are you? I hope you are doing well.

Today I am here to talk about the prestigious award I received that is Microsoft MVP in Visual Studio and Development Technologies category.

At this point, I am grateful to Microsoft for recognizing my contribution in the technical community. I can't forget to thank my mentors, friends and colleagues who supported in this journey.

I am an existing C# Corner MVP and big thanks goes to the team (Mahesh Sir, Vidya Vrat Sir, Praveen Sir) for motivating me to contribute better and bigger.

I still remember the call from Manish Tewatia from C# Corner where he suggested to fill the MVP nomination form at Microsoft site. Thanks a lot Manish for taking time to remind something useful and important.

Now last but not the least, a big thanks to my article/blog/forum readers, without them it would not have been possible. Their feedback, comments and suggestions are helpful to improve the quality of content everyday.

Now little bit information about me:
I am currently working at Deloitte Consulting Hyderabad as a Senior Consultant. My area of interest includes solution design and architecture, design patterns, multi-threading etc. From my personal experience I can say that I learned a lot by helping others in my team and in forums.

I would conclude the post with some of the tips that may help you.
  1. Try to be very good or expert in at least one technology or area by working/writing/reading on it.
  2. Learn by sharing. Sharing is not just caring but it helps in building the foundation of your knowledge as well.
  3. Try to built your network with like minded people to whom you can talk/discuss issues and technology.
  4. Keep an eye on the industry trends in your related field or area.
  5. Be you. You may take reference from others but try to build yourself on what you are and what you believe in.
 All the best!!
