Adding CrystalReportViewer to a VB.NET Project

Question

Hi ! I cant see the Crystal Report Viewer in the Windows Forms section of my toolbox. I am using Visual Studio.NET Enterprise Developer. Do you need Visual Studio.NET Enterprise Architect to have the Crystal Report Viewer available ? Or do you need to add the Report Viewer from Add References under the Project menu ? If the latter is so what component name do I select under the COM Tab ? Any help will be appreciated ! Thanks

Visual Studio.NET Developer should be fine. What you need to do is Select Project -> Add Reference. In the .NET tab you will select CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine CrystalDecisions.ReportSource CrystalDecisions.Shared and CrystalDecisions.Windows.Forms. (Select them by double-clicking them). Once these show up in the Selected Components box click OK. The CrystalReportViewer should show up in the WindowsForms toolbox.
