Applicatiion to become a Good C# Developer

Question

What kind of applications you need to be able to build in order to BE an excellent C#-DEVELOPER ??
I give 2/3 examples :

you should be able to create:
1) a Master/Detail database Application
2) a Chat Application
3) a Transaction Application where you get paid through debit-Cards......[Visa/MasterCard] {selling products BASICALLY !}

I am sure someone has so many other applics to add to the List ......... so please GO Ahead !

I will appreciate this small effort to HELP !

Here is a list of applications I would expect from an expert C# Developer: A Windows Forms/WPF application with multi-level Windows interation (MDI) and parent/child windows Windows Forms/WPF application with data binding controls including load edit update sort filter features including master/detail view Windows Service application Web Application (ASP.NET AJAX MVC) including Login database load edit updated sort filter paging A custom control in Windows Forms WPF Silverlight Third-party components interation Understanding of Exception and error handling Hands on experience with Enterprise Library A application with threading to write to multiple documents or use IOs Development and communication with Web Services I think that would do it :)

Management is often more interested in a programmer that can do their own analysis especially interaction with the users that request the software. Management wants people that can communicate effectively with other people then decide how to do what needs to be done.

4) A 3-Level permission Application.....Where according to Priviledge you get access to different portions of Resources. For instance a Clerk get access to 2 pages a Team-Leader gets access to 2 pages and a THIRD page of secret-Records a Manager get access to the previous 3 pages and an additional one regarding Salaries.
