Asp.net WebPart Drag Drop not working in IE 11 IE 10 IE 9

Question

Hi All I have a control in my aspx page. When it is in Design mode we can able to drag and drop the webparts into any webpartzones. But I am not able to do that in IE 11 IE 10 IE 9 browsers. Can anyone help me ? Thanks in advance..

Hi All I have solved the issue myself to make the webparts drag and drop to work in all browsers and to work in all versions of IE.
