bind data from the database

Sir,

i want to bind the data from the data base to text box during page load using store procedure and 3-tire

i have table "Member" and it have a column name like Name. Address, Id, Password, Bank name, Branch Name, Pan_no etc

so i want to bind only Bank Name, Branch Name, Pan_no during the page load from the "Member" table so plz help me

send the solution to my mail id sir.....
