StatusBar always visible on the winform.

Question

i am working on windows form.i am setting the one statusbar to the panel.That panel size is more than comepare to the form size.how to set the status bar always visible below the form.i applied this but this status bar is not visible on the form.That is there inside the vertical scroll bar.how to solve this problem
pls send me the solution.
