Build A weekly Timesheet in angular js

Question

Basically using angular js to fill a weekly timesheet and requirement is to save one record at a time not all. I edit some code on codepen but now my query is how i judge which date timesheet is fill by user on save.i am not yet done code for save because my first concern is how to judge for which date timesheet hours is filled.Can anyone help me please. below is a codepen link : http://codepen.io/m-singh/pen/vGzGpg

i apply a condition to get the time part by checking whether an textbox is empty or have some value but how can i judge the date part among seven dates please help on this issue updated code pen link : http://codepen.io/m-singh/pen/vGzGpg
