Connect to Exchange server 2005 in C# console application

Question

Hi,

I am developing an application in which I have to connect to exchange server and look for all the lines(we 10 lines allocated to send faxes only) which are allocated to send faxes to users. And each line tries to send fax 3 times. displays a failure message, if it fails to send fax 3^rd time. I need suggestions on how to do this.This should be done in C# console application. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
