dear friends
i wanna convert wav 8k 8bit (alaw) to mp3.at the first i use Aumpel(work with lame dll) but it dosnt convert wav 8k..some friends told me to work on LameWrapper.cs to modify this but i couldnt yet . now i decide to convert wav 8k to wav 16k at first and then convert new wav to mp3.
i dont know , i become confused . please help me to do
