Create Setup file for Linux platform

Question

I wanted to develop application for Linux in C#. So as suggested I have downloaded Monodevelop tool for Windows platform, I have written code also in monodevelop tool. Now I want to create setup/exe for linux (eg Ubuntu). How do I create ?

Please note I have installed Monodevelop tool in Windows 7 and then did the coding not in Ubuntu.
