2D Arrays

Question

hi all

i have only 3 questions:
1- how i can add values to two dimensional arrays in loop ( not in initialize).
2- in aspx page for example if we have 2D array "name" , "age" if we want to write the index of "name"
with #Eval() what should write?
3- Array is lighter than Datatable?

When you say add  do you mean you want to add arithmetically as in 2 + 2 or do you mean put values into the array? I think that an array with name and age is not a 2D array; I think it is a 1D array of objects with members name and age. A DataTable stores the data as a collection and a collection is like an array. An array is a type of collection. So a DataTable is very efficient for most things. Your time is valuable; the computer is cheap compared to your time and the time of other programmers. You should use resources that make your time efficient. For most applications a DataTable is a very productive solution. If you know how to use a DataTable to do what you need to do then use a DataTable.
