database mirroring

is there any db expert guys please come to advice me on this thread. i need to mirror the sql server 2008 database for its better availability. actually on the database millions of request will come at once and to handle this i need mirroring technique. how to mirror the database and is this possible on shared database server? i have web based access on db server even i can't use 'server management studio'. Nipun has written a good article for this here but i can't coz my server has only web based accessibility. how to start with this?

yes i contacted them. they told can't be possible from web based. think when we can create db create db user define the access rule all are web based then why not mirroring? may they have no such web based technology with let us do this. i think i should ask for personal db server having 'ms server management studio' extension.
