disable click event everywhere when Process Ring is Active

Question

hi,

i have a page of windows phone 8.1 i need to disable all button/link clicks during the Process Ring is Running means Active.

and also after the compliting proccess i need to stop that Ring and Enable that Click.

and this method i wanna be apply in my all forms.
