Email notifications

Question

Does this forum software have an option for email notification when a thread is changed? When I say changed, I mean when someone posts a new reply. I have tried to find the answer to this question. If I missed finding something then you can just tell me where to look.

Just to make it clear I am not asking to get updates for any thread I have not posted in; I just want notifications of updates to threads I have participated in. That is how most other forums work including CodeGuru CodeProject the MSDN forums and many (most) others. I receive notifications of updates to this thread so I assume the notifications work for threads we have created but only threads we have created.

I have Written the code for it :) It Loads XML Docs Every Five Second and Give Update of Latest 26 Posts :) but still Improving it not completely coded still Implementing Threading etc in it to make it perfect :)

I assume it is not easy to write software to monitor the site; I don't see headers that would make it easy. I assume we must write a compate function to compare the data to determine if something has changed. I began writing something like that for a different site (a girlie pictures site) but did not get it working. I am sure it can be done and I an sure you will do it and you will want to keep the code for your own use. Actually I did get notification that you replied here just as I was asking for. I don't get notifications for the main forum though.

No friend there is no functionality like that here :( i also miss that feature like RSS but i am now Building my Own Software Application that Will keep watch on forums for that Kind Of Functionality :)
