Formatting posts with new lines and new paragraphs

Question

How do I get new lines so that lines of code appear on separate lines? How do I get new paragraphs? I have tried to find the answer to these questions. If I missed finding something then you can just tell me where to look.

Friend if you are using Internet Explorer or Opera then both the browser having rendering problem :) so Use Firefox after that you will see HTML Button :) download FireFox From here http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/personal.html see i m using Firefox it Shows HTML button Correctly :) Thank you :)

I don't have a HTML button for entering HTML into posts.
