Extracting sentences from a file and comparing them on the internet

Hello I am creating a plagiarism detector which can detect plagiarism from the internet using asp.net and c#. It works as follows: 1. Upload a file(.txt.doc or .rdf) 2. Click on the search button 3.Extract and compare each sentences from the file with articles from the internet. Can anyone help please? Thank you a lot in advance. Best Regards Natasha

Hello I have already uploaded the file. I am getting probs on part (b).How do i make the server read each sentence from the file? b) have your server read each sentence of the file which could be seperated into an array with a string.Split('.') and then do a loop to use google to search for an exact string http://www.google.com/search?q=search+string+goes+here during each loop use string.Replace(  +) to replace the spaces with + signs so you can add the string to http://www.google.com/search?YOUR STRING GOES HERE. You also want to replace each ++ that you may get from double spaces with a single +. Can u help plz? Thanks

You also want to replace each ++ that you may get from double spaces with a single +. b) after the above search using webRequest/webResponse then you need to scrape the html data and extract some links that google returned and display it to who ever is using your service. What I want to know is how much reprint is considered plagiarism? Also what are you looking to get out of this?
