folder missing while publishing

hi Currently i have issue on visual studio.The properties of all folders are shown blank because of that i could not change the build action to content that's why some folders are missing while publishing my project. How can i make visible properties of all folder? is there any other alternate way to publish a project without missing folders? share your knowledge if you can help me thanks

There is a habit of VS to NOT publish the folders which are empty. Please make sure that the folders that you want to publish do have some file in them (you can put a temporary file and delete later on). This will then surely publish the folders. Please let me know in case of any concerns.
