Geocoding in windows phone 8

Question

Hi I am new in windows phone developer I need how to get latitude and longitude from city name or state code I already tried from google but there are lot of example Reverse Geocoding so i cant find out. Please help me if any source code or link.

Thanks but this is not right answer for me b'coz of i haven't lat long Actully i want lat long from city name or state code.
