Getting IP of the device i'm connecting to

Dears,

I'm developing a desktop application from its functions is getting the IP address of the device which client's PC connected to. Client's PC is manually configured and this device is DHCP but another IPs pool.
Could anyone help to get the IP of the device im connected to through an eathernet cable ???
