Having a payment system integrated for multiple users

Question

So I am creating a tenant/ landlord management application using visual studio 2015 and C#. I was wondering is it possible when the tenant logs in that it has an option to pay their rent via entering the amount due in a textbox? 

I have looked into using Stripe or PayPal however I cannot find anything having multipe users ie landlords. 

 

Any help would be great
