Dear Friends:
I am new to Asp.Net MVC , currently i am working on US Tax project.
half of the application is developped.problem is its taking time to understand project flow and the technology .Meanwhile i am alloted to fixing bug,and insert, Edit Data .since catching coding standards, grasping flow is bit tough.So my TL,PL getting very angry with me daily. My confidence level is almost gone. i dont know how to recover myself.
i must develope following things
i) Problem solving skill. ii) Self learning iii) clearly understanding the concepts.
since i am from poor school , college its has been very very tough to compete with othersso Eventually guys who are junior to me can easyly overtake .can any one help me to fit in IT sector.
suggest me how to develope tax domain knowledge.
