How someone gets "Member of the Month" points?

Points table here mentions member of the month gets 100 points

How does someone earn "Member of the Month" points?

 

I was selected monthly member for march 2017 but I did not get point. so what is this criteria?

Don't confuse with monthly winner. Monthly winner and Monthly member are two differnet things.

 

Only one member can be member of the month. And he/she will get  additional points.

I think even the person at first position in monthly award does not have this points.

I think only one person will be member of the month. Others will be monhtly winners not member of the month. Member of the month considered is based individual contribution towards community. So only Member of the Month will get additional points...

I am also bit confused even my name in this list http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/Forums/Members/Winners.aspx But also i am not the member of the month , i dont know how this community is calculating it.
