how to connect with dotnet application with mobile via bluethooth?

Dears I have to build an application so as to send message from a dotnet application via gsm/cdma mobile which is connected with the system via blue tooth. Can any buddy help me? and tell me how to start with. I have very little command over the .net in case of integrating it with hardware. With Regards Ashrafuddin.T

Dears Thank both for your reply and guidance. To Jagan I have not yet tried either of your's option.The evn i.e IDE given to me is vs2005  can i get 32feet.net (lib link by you) for v2005.I was unable to do so on my own. To Murali Dear can i get this files supporting vs2005.And more information regarding it With Regards Ashrafuddin.T
