how to connect with dotnet application with mobile via bluethooth?

Dears,

I have to build an application so as to send message from a dotnet application via gsm/cdma mobile which is connected with the system via blue tooth. 
Can any buddy help me? and tell me how to start with. I have very little command over the .net in case of integrating it with hardware.
