How to display dropdown menu when user clicks on an image.

Hi All I have four imagestwo images in each row when user clicks(not mouseover/hover) the dropdown(nested) menu should open as per the below screenshot would you please help me on how to achieve this. For your reference please refer the image. Thanks in advance.

Hi All Some how i have managed to created multi level dropdown menus but here when i click on Server Admin(Submenu) is displaying under/after Storage i want to display under server admin only.
